| 1984 | The founder, Demetrio M. Brucal, ventured into trading business, then known as DMB Trading & General Services, catering the need of different industries in Batangas. |
| 1991 | A multi-national company(Fluor Daniel Pacific, Inc) undetaking a $667 million project in the area, requested his company to supply them with fire fighting equipment during the initial phase of the project. He sourced out this requirement from and independent supplier, but the product delivered did not pass to the quality standard of the client. |
| 1993 | Mr. Brucal, despite of having incurred loses on the transaciton, saw the potential of venturing into a new line of business, focusing on the intense need of the market to a quality and reliable fire fighting equipment. thus the birth of OSPREY FIRE EXTINGUISER. |
| Mr. Brucal introduced his latest breakthrough to cater the personal needs on fire safety of his friends. Among the first clients of DMB FIRE & SAFETY ENTERPRISE are Batangas Power Corporation and Western Philippine Colleges (now University of Batangas) | |
| 1994 | DMB was given the opportunity to provide his product to Fluor Daniel Pacific, Inc. which was a consistent client of the previous trading business. DMB was able to redeem itself fron the previous transaction entered with the client and was able to satisfy the quality standard of the company. |
| 1995 | DMB continued its steady growth as it expands its clients. Some clients added to the company's list were Sakamoto Orient Chemical Corp., Procter and Gamble, Pulido Apparel Co. Inc., and CTM Knitting Inc., ne of the biggest garment companies in Batangas. |
| 1996 | FPFPI Oath of Office in Malacanang Palace with President Fidel V. Ramos |
| 1997 | FPFPI Meeting with Secretary Robert Barbers Osprey won 2nd place in SOPI's 9th National Industrial Fire Brigade Championship |
| 1998 | FPFPI Oath of Office in Malacanang Palace with President Joseph E. Estrada Osprey won 2nd place in SOPI's 9th National Industrial Fire Brigade Championship |
| 1999 | FPFPI Oath of Office in Malacanang Palace with DILG Undersecretary Anselmo S. Avenido, Jr. |
| 2000 | Osprey's performance on a fire drill delighted one of its valued clients, Central Azucarera Don Pedro, as opposed to the performance of another brand. |
| 2001 | Meeting with Manila Archbishop Jaime Cardinal Sin together with the other members of FPFI. ISO Cerificate was awarded for Dry Chemical Extinguisher. |
| 2002 | Intellectual Property Office wared Cetificate of Registration for the trademark of "OSPREY and a representation of an eagle" under serial number 123790DILG meeting with DILG Secretary Joey Lina.NFPA Membership |
